Here is a selection of vintage earrings for your to choose from . Each pair is in excellent condition, is for pierced ears and comes complete with backs.
A. Royal Blue Wedding cake earrings.
These are from circa 1930s, They are each set with a type of glass bead known as wedding cake because of the type of decoration which looks like it has been iced on. The rest of these are golden coloured metal. They are clip on type.
B. Turquoise Earrings.
These are made of silver and set with turquoise pieces. They are Mexican in origin and stamped Taxco on the reverse. Screw on type.
C. Bernard Instone Flower Earrings.
These are silver with pink enamel petals and a yellow centre. This design is by Bernard Instone although they do not carry his makers markings. They are clip on sort. Each is 1.6 cms long. There is a minute amount of wear to the edge which is only seen under magnification and has been allowed for in the price. Clip-on type.
D. Silver Coin Earrings
These are made with 2 silver 3d coins both dating from 1935. They have shepherds crook type fittings for pierced ears
E. Goldstone Earrings
Goldstone pendant earrings. Here's a lovely pair of pendant earrings which are made of goldstone with silver ear wires. Goldstone has been popular since the Victorian era, it is golden metallic flecks in glass and has a lovely sparkle to it. The earrings measure about 4.3 cms long plus ear wires
F. Coral Earrings
A pair of art deco coral earrings from circa 1920s. Each has two coral beads and these have silver screw on backs. The final bead is 1 cms across. The coral is real and there are natural flaws in them.
