How much is Post & Packaging?

This  is free to the UK and included in the price you see on orders over £50 - worldwide

Is this genuine antique and real vintage Jewellery?

Yes, there is nothing brand new here. Each piece is a one off piece from the past. It should be exactly as described.For example when something is described as gold  it is solid not plated. I write a blog with more information about old jewellery

How long will my parcel take to arrive?


This depends when you order. We aim to post within 2 working days and so normally you should have your jewellery in less than 4 working days. In the UK the actual arrival date depends on the Royal Mail we use first class recorded or next day special as appropriate. Get in touch if its very urgent sometimes but not always we can speed things up for you.

How can I pay?

We take Paypal , and most major credit or debit cards . Cheque or Bank transfer is possible if you prefer.

Is my credit or debit card information safe?

Yes, the checkout has controls which protect your information. You will see a little lock in the navigation bar which appears on the page where you enter your card details. This is your promise of safety. You will be taken to the Secure Server before you enter any details from your card.

Do you have a returns policy.

Yes, This  is quite simple - if you are not completely satisfied with an item please notify me within 5 days of it arriving & then get it back here within 14 days . A full refund of your purchase price will be issued once it is safely here.  You are responsible for the postage back here and any postal upgrades you have chosen.

Please send items  by an insured service which requires a signature , this protects you against any loss in the post as a repayment can only be issued once it is safely back here. It is recommended that you post jewellery via the Royal Mail's Next Day Special  service as this way it is insured on its journey back here.


How is my Jewellery Packaged?

Whenever possible we supply pieces boxed. Normally this will be a new black card box suitable for protecting your purchase in transit. You can wrap this or place it in a gift box if you wish. Occasionally we have the original boxes in which case it will say so in the item description. If an item is too big for one of our jewellery boxes we will then ensure it is wrapped to arrive securely.
