A truly beautiful 18 carat gold ring. This ring is set with a heart shaped bright blue Sapphire and two lovely Diamonds. The diamonds are a good size measuring about 3mm diameter and the heart Sapphire about 5mm wide. This ring carries full 18 carat gold hallmarks and is UK ring size K.5, USA size just under 5.5
