I am often asked what the difference is between a pendant and a charm. To me it is largely a matter of size and to some extent the two pieces of jewellery cross over and are interchangeable. Charms tend to be smaller and once they are over 2 or 3 centimeters long the piece becomes to large to wear as a charm and becomes a pendant. A pendant is usually worn from a neck chain where as a smaller charm can be worn on a necklace, bracelet, earrings, brooch or as a fob on a silver Albert. Some of the pendants you find here are also suitable for wearing as a handbag charm.
Some of the pendants here have chains attached ready to wear, if not you can usually find a suitable chain In vintage chains section.
