1920s silver fob
A stylish silver fob with a gold toned shield on on e side and plain ( except for hallmarks) on the reverse. This could be inscribed by your jeweller if required. The silver fob has full 1920s hallmarks for 1929. The fob measures about 2.9 cms diameter and has a strong O ring attached as you can see in the photo. There is a very slight area of wear to the gold highlight on the shield where it shows through as silver.

1940s Silver gilt enamel darts fob
Here's a silver gilt fob enamelled with a darts board. This fob is fully hallmarked and can be dated to 1946. It measures about 3 cms diameter. The reverse of this fob is polished plain and has the impressed hallmarks.

1970s gold fob
A cute fob seal from the 1970s. This fob is made of nine carat gold and is fully hallmarked for 1972. The fob has very decorative shoulders and in the front there is an uncut bloodstone( a little more colourful than shows in the photo). This fob would be excellent for hanging from a chain round your neck or a watch chain. This lovely piece of vintage jewellery measures about 2.2 cms high

Antique amethyst fob seal sailing cherub
A most interesting Antique gold filled fob. This is set with an amethyst gemstone which has been carved as a seal. The deal depicts a sailing boat being crewed by a winged cherub or is it an angel? Around the edges is written what I think it reads " Bien Guide amli" . This fob seal stands about 3.3 cms high and the head of the seal measures about 2 cms wide

Antique Cycling Fob

A rare and interesting Cycling fob from the early 1900s. This Fob has a different cycling scene on each panel on one side. The other side has a cycling scene on 3 panels with the top triangle reading "Compts of Brown Bros lt London". The round fob reads " New Departure Coaster Hub" and the reverse also says " Made in France".

This antique cycling fob would hand from an Albert watch chain. It is made of a brass coloured metal and measures about 14 cms long including the dog clip.

Antique fob classically carved hardstone cameo

A very unusual antique fob , this is made of a deep red hardstone which has been carved with a cameo of classical profiles of a soldier and a lady. The cameo hardstone is a deep translucent red. This cameo is set into a frame which is not hallmarked but tests a 9 carat gold. I believe this antique fob to be Victorian. It measures about 2.5 cms high including the fixed bail

Antique fob gold lion
This Victorian fob is topped with a gold lion with the base being a milky hardstone called Chalcedony. The hardstone has a seal type end which is uncut and polished flat. The lion is not hallmarked but does test as about 15 carat gold. This would be suitable to hang from a gold charm bracelet or as a fob from an Albert watch chain .

Antique Fob Lady Cutter

I'm guessing that this antique fob is a cigar cutter but I may be wrong. Made of brass I am sure that it was meant to hang as a fob, it is made in the shape of a danging lady.Depress her head and she dances or curtsies. This movement causes the circle in the center of her dress to close and would act as the cutter.

Not being an expert on cigars I am not sure if it is large enough with the hold measuring about 7 mm diameter, This fob stands about 5 cms high and is stamped Germany on the base hoop.

An antique Victorian fob seal with a hardstone end. This fob seal is heavy gold filled. The seal end is inscribed, I can actually work out what the inscription is but something like Elirg. This seal stands about 16 mm high

Antique fob seal letter M
Hers an antique fob seal, this is set with a foil backed paste stone indicating an earlier 1800s date either later Georgian or early Victorian. There is a script letter M engraved into the seal. The top tests at about 18 carat gold and it measures about 2.1 cms high. There is an O ring attached so that this fob is ready to attach to your own charm bracelet or watch fob.

Antique Fob Seal Snake in Grass

A lovely old antique fob with a seal end. This fob is made of gold , probably heavy gold filled as most of these were. The seal end is set with bloodstone which is carved with what I think is a snake amongst grass. This seal is Victorian and measure about 1.8 cms long. A lovely piece of antique men's Jewellery.

Antique gold filled watch fob key carnelian bloodstone
Here's a cute piece of antique mens jewellery which is a watch key that can be worn on a watch chain as a fob . It is gold filled which was a popular way of making jewellery in the Victorian era. One side of the key is set with bloodstone and the other with carnelian. This fob key measures about 4 cms long.

Antique gold fob hm 1904
Made from fully hallmarked nine carat gold, this Edwardian fob has a seal end which is carved as a Roman soldier. The hallmarks are a little difficult to read but I believe them to be for 1904. There are two gold hanging loops with this fob as can be seen in the picture. The fob measures about 2.2 cms high to include the fixed loop at the top.

Antique gold fob with crest seal
A superb antique fob. This fob has a highly detailed crest engraved into one side and what I believe is the letter D in the other. This fob is of the spinner type. The fob tests as gold about 15 carat and is most likely gold filled that is gold outer with a base metal or other inside .

Antique gold spinner fob
A much better than normal spinner fob, this is ,made of nine carat gold ( stamped 9ct on the side of the spinner). Theer are three sides to the spinner each set with a different hard stone, there is a carnelian, a bloodstone and a banded agate. The top of the spinner has a high Victorian design. The spinner measures about 2.6 cms wide and about the same long. A very nice piece of antique jewellery

Antique masonic fob 9ct gold
A nice antique fob made from hardstone and carved with Masonic symbols on both sides. The setting is rose coloured 9 carat gold stamped as 9ct.

Antique silver enamel fob
A very special antique Victorian fob. This is made of silver I suspect 800 grade continental silver and has an enamel panel on both sides. There are 12 tassels hanging beneath this fob. The enamel panels are in light blue with a floral spray in the center.

Dice in cage gold spinner fob 1970s
An interesting and unusual gold spinner fob . This is made of nine carat gold and is fully hallmarked for the 1970s. This fob is in the shape of a cage with three dice in it ( red, blue, green). When you spin the cage the dice turn within it. This is quite a chunky fob which measures about 2.5 cms wide and 2.2 cms high. This is really colourful and fun piece of jewellery.

Edwardian silver fob Chester 1905
This silver fob is fully hallmarked for Chester 1905 during the Edwardian era. The fob has a gold fronted flower shape on the front. This silver fob measures about 2.6 cms long. It would make a great addition to any antique watch chain o could be worn on a charm bracelet or on a neck chain.
