This victorian tiles was made by Minton and Hollins, it features Hiems .The design is impressed into the clay and has a turquoise majolica glaze.This victorian tile will date from circa 1880s.Measuring 6 x 6 inches, this tile has wear spots to the highlights of the glaze and a small area of glaze missing to the upper left corner.

 This Victorian Tiles was made by Mintons and designed by John Moyr Smith. It features the Antiquary from the Waverly Novels seriese. The Waverley Novels were written by Sir Walter Scott & this series was first exhibited in 1878.

This tile is in shades of Green and black with yellow/green detail. It measures 6 x  6 inches.
Generally in excellent condition there is a small corner chip to the lower left hand corner.
