Ordering:
On receipt of your order & payment in full AntiquesAvenue will mail you with confirmation of acceptance of your order. Please enuse that your anti-spam filter allows e.mails from anneh@antiquesavenue.com
Returns & Refunds:
If your goods have already been dispatched you will be required to return them at your own cost & risk . Please inform is of your intent to return within 3 days of reciept and return within 7 days of receipt by you.
You will be credited for cancelled orders as follows:
a) If your item has not been dispatched you will be credited in full within 2 working days of receipt of your cancellation request.
b) If your order has been dispatched: You will need to inform us of your intent to return within 3 working days and return the order within 7 days of receipt by you. You will then be credited for the cost of the goods within 2 working days of their safe reciept by AntiquesAvenue in the condition that they were delivered to you.
Please note that credit can only be given once I recieve the returned goods and you are responsible for getting them safely back to me. I suggest that you use Special Delivery which will cover any loss in the post.
Privacy Policy :
AntiquesAvenue does not disclose buyers information to third parties unless legally required to do so. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents your have entered into your shopping cart . Your financial details are not held by AntiquesAvenue - they are kept by the financial service provider (Paypal or Google Checkout) and I do not have access to these records
Mailing List
By ordering from AntiquesAvenue you will automatically opt in to our mailing list. You will recieve no more than one update from antiquesavenue a month. There is the option to opt out on each mailing.
Your Statuary Rights are not affected.
