A collection of vintage arts and crafts brooches for you to choose from. These are set with ceramic cabochons commonly know as Ruskins after one of the makers of these. They were made in the early 1900s sometimes by jewellers and sometimes at crafts evening classes which were highly popular at the time. They are all in good wearable condition. Please select from:
A. Ruskin Blue Brooch £50 An original actually made by Ruskin with the makers name stamped into the reverse. The ceramic has a nice glaze in shades of blue and the surround is silver. The pin is placed in such a way that you wear it in a diamond shape which is just over 1 1/4 inches across the diagonal. Sorry Im Sold
B. Orange Ruskin Brooch £28 This is a large oval brooch being 2½ inches wide. The pottery cabochon is a lovely orange colour.
C. Round Red Brooch £25 The stone here is lovely - mainly red with duck egg blue highlights, this is mounted in pewter on the front. The brooch is 1 3/4 inches across. Sorry Im Sold
D. Magenta Turquoise Brooch £25. One of the nicest ceramic stones in shades of magenta and turquoise. The front is pewter and the back is wooden. It is 2 inches wide.
E. Oval Blue Brooch £22 . This is quite a large one at 2 1/4 inches wide. The surrounding is pewter
F. Two Ceramic cabochons. £22 These have not yet been mounted but are originals form the early 1900s. Why not have a go and create your own arts and crafts style jewellery. The round one is 1 3/4 inches across and the oval yellow one 1 7/8 inches wide.

This pretty brooch was bought for my Dad's girlfriend. It arrived swiftly and in perfect condition. It was very well received.
