Postage
UK delivery is free on all items. Delivery is also free worldwide for most small items including all Jewellery and accessories.
Postage cost is included for all items . I have a business account with the Royal Mail and use them for all of my parcels. To the UK these are sent either by " Signed for" or " Special Delivery". All international items are sent via " International Signed for". The Royal Mail have given me their written permission to use their logo on my website. All parcels will require a signature upon receipt and I hold a tracking number for them.
Items are normally dispatched next working day and are always dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of payment. If your item is very urgent please do contact me and I can let you know exactly when it will be posted.

Delivery Times
Special Delivery: This should arrive on the day after posting unless the next day is a bank holiday or a Saturday. If your parcel is posted by Special Delivery on a Friday it will either arrive on the Saturday morning or the Monday morning depending upon the whims of your local post.
1st class recorded: This normally takes one or two working days
International : Europe about 1 week, USA & Canada about 10 working days and up to 2 weeks for Australia and New Zealand.
I need my gift urgently - Can you get it to me tomorrow?
The answer to this frequently asked question is "Yes, Sometimes" so please ask. I am usually on the office phone number 01604 567811, if I am out then just call my mobile on 0779 4379519.
What happens if I'm out when my parcel arrives?
Normally the postie will leave a "while you were out card" although sometimes these do go missing. The Royal Mail offer several options for re-delivery. You can collect your parcel from your local parcel depot or use their on-line system to arrange re-delivery either to your address or to your local post office. I have used the on-line re-delivery system several times myself and find it works well.

What happens if my parcel doesnt arrive?
Firstly please contact me asap. I will be able to follow up your item on-line and give you an update on its delivery status. I usually find that if an item has not reached you quickly it is held at your local postal sorting office awaiting collection. Yes, Posties often forget to leave a "while you were out" card which would have let you know that it was held for you.
If the worst happens ( very very rare) and your item fails to arrive it is fully covered by the postal insurance I buy for every item I send out. - This also covers the unfortunate and unlikely event of any postal damage.
