This Victorian Tiles was made by Mintons and designed by John Moyr Smith. It features the Antiquary from the Waverly Novels seriese. The Waverley Novels were written by Sir Walter Scott & this series was first exhibited in 1878.
This tile is in shades of Green and black with yellow/green detail. It measures 6 x 6 inches.
Generally in excellent condition there is a small corner chip to the lower left hand corner.
