An antique cameo brooch which has been hand carved from Queen conch shell. This differs from the more usual cameo as the queen conch is a pink and white colour. A very unusual vintage enamel brooch - I've not seen one quite like this before. The main part of the brooch is circular and domed. It has a small clear diamante at the center.
