With just a month to go to Valentines Day, I have made a little video showing vintage silver and heart shaped charms which would make an excellent lovers gift. Take a Look:
January Jewellery - The Garnet.
Someone in January to buy a Birthday present for and looking for a piece of suitable jewellery? The birthstone for January is the red garnet. Garnets get their red colour from Iron and chromium in the crystal structure. Garnets are quite a hard gemstone which can either be polished or cut into the desired shape. In folklore and Victorian romance of the stones the garnet stands for faith, provides the wearer with health and good fortune and to exercises a calming influence. It was also thought Garnets help with sleep and protecting from nightmares
