Antique Rings

 A rather nice coral set ring which dates from the early 1900s. The ring is made of yellow metal which is stamped 833 inside. The head of the ring measures about 14 mm wide and is UK ring size O , USA size 7.25

 A nice antique gold ring set with opal and garnets. This ring is made of fully hallmarked nine carat gold  and is in a very traditional shape for a gold ring. This ring is UK size M, USA size a bit over 6.25

 A truely beautiful antique ring. This gold ring is made of 18 carat gold and is fully hallmarked with the hallmarks being for 1902 right at the beginning of the Edwardian era. This ring is set with three opals and two real diamonds.  The opals have red, green and blue colours and there are diamonds inset inbetween the opals. The head of the ring is 6 mm across and it is UK ring size L, USA size 6. It weighs a little over 3 grams.

  A wonderful antique ring made of fully hallmarked eighteen carat gold and which can be dated to 1900. This antique victorian ring is set with six real diamonds and three blue topaz gemstones. The head of this ring measures about 9mm wide and it is ring size UK Q, USA 8.25. The hallmarks are for Chester and the makers mark is F.M.

 Antique ring Victorian turquoise gold hair
Here is a very beautiful antique Victorian ring. This is made of gold which testsat about 18 carats but is not hallmarked. The top is decorated with turquoise stones and there is a plait of hair intwined in the shank. This ring would have been a love token or used as a Keep safe for a lock of lovers hair.

This antique ring is made of 18 carat gold and set with real diamonds and Ruby coloured gemstones. The head of this piece of antique jewellery measures about 6 mm wide and this is UK ring size P, USA size 7.75.

I am not sure of the exact age of this ring as the hallmarks are worn however I believe that it dates from the early 1900s.

 An interesting old gold ring with full 22 carat gold hallmarks to the shank . These hallmarks can be dated to 1876. The head of the ring has been added at a slightly later date and is probably a lower carat gold and is stone set.

This ring measures 6 mm wide. It is ring size UK L.5, USA 6

 A nice old nine carat gold signet ring which is made of fully halllmarked gold and can be dated to the 1930s. This ring is inscribed with the initials ES. It is ring size UK K.5 just over USA 5.5. This ring weighs about 1.4 grams

 This vintage cameo ring is made of nine carat gold and is fully hallmarked for Chester 1916. This ring is set with a shell cameo which has become wonderfully smooth over time. The gold is a warm colour and overall this ring has a true antique appearance.

 This vintage ring is set with seven real diamonds in a flower head or daisy pattern. Dating from circa 1920s, this ring is made of gold (tests as 9 carat) with platinum around the diamonds to show off the white colour. The shank is not hallmarked but is stamped PT for platinum. This really is a pretty ring which sparkles wonderfully and it comes in its own original cream Bakelite box. 

Each diamond is about 1/16 carat in size giving a total of about 0.44 carats. The head of the ring measures about 0.9 cm diameter. It is UK ring size O.75, USA size 7.25
