Antique Necklaces and Lockets

 Here is an original Victorian pendant made from Vulcanite and featuring a trailing spray of fushica flowers

 A genuine old art nouveau pendant set with a purple and blue enameled butterfly. It is made of base metal and measures about 4 cms long including the dropper. It is in really excellent vintage condition with no damage of any kind

 An unusual piece of Victorian Jewellery - This pendant is made of a hardstone with a snake skin kind of effect in the stone. One side has applied gold lettering. This pendant is quite substantial measuring about 5 x 3.5 cms plus bails.
It would most likely have been originally worn suspended from a velvet or silk ribbon - something which could easily be copied today for that genuine antique feel.

 Antique pendant. Here is a pendant made out of whitby jet and set with a porcelain plaque with an image of a victorian peasant boy. The whitby jet has been carved at the edges. The pendant measures about 3.8 cms long and comes complete with a bail so that it can be attached to your own chain. This is a genuine victorian piece of jewellery dating from the mid 1800s.

 What a beautiful pendant. This is from the high victorian era and is gold plated canatille work set with 3 real emeralds. Two if the emeralds are set into the main pendant, the third hangs on a drop

 An unusual old Victorian locket set with a porcelain panel with a picture of a boy in peasant dress. The locket opens and inside has two glass covered compartments for your own photos. The locket is made of a brass coloured metal. The back has an engraved scroll pattern and a small dent. This locket will date from the later victorian era. It measures about 3 cms long plus bails

 Pebble jewellery is made from Scottish hardstone pebbles and were popularized by Queen Victoria when she had a passion for all things Scottish. This pebble pendant is special as it is made from moss agate having wonderful detail in the stone. This moss agate is set in 8oo grade silver and is ready to hang on your own chain. The pendant measures about 5 cms long plus bail

 A quality piece of antique jewellery - this pendant is made of two Pietra Dura set into gold tone metal .The design on the pietra dura is of roses. The two panels are hinged to give a little movement to the piece. This Victorian pendant will date from the second half of the 1800s and it measures about 4 cms long including the fixed bail.

 An antique silver locket which is made of silver and is fully hallmarked. This locket dates from the later 1800s at the end of the Victorian era. You can open this locket and inside there are two compartments for your own photos. The locket measures about 5.7 cms long ( including the bail)  and weighs almost 14 grams .
This locket is ready to be hung from your own chain or ribbon

A very nice nine carat gold pendant and earring set all being set with three peridot gemstones. The
pendant and earrings each measure about 3 cms long plus fittings. These are in excellent as new condition.

 vintage lavalier pendant necklace art nouveau

A super Lavalier necklace dating from the early 1900s when these art nouveau style pendants were first popular. This is costume jewellery made of gold and silver toned metals and set with imitation amethysts and pearls. The pendant measures 5 cms from the top amethyst to the base. The chain is an additional 42 cms long. This is in very wearable condition.

 Antique gold amber heart pendant necklace  art nouveau

A wonderful piece of antique jewellery. This amber heart is mounted in an art nouveau gold frame and hangs from its own gold chain ( stamped as 9 carat). The amber heart has a tiny gold heart inset on one side.
The heart plus its mount measures about 4.5 cms long and the heart is up to 2.8 cms wide. The gold chain is about 45 cms long .

 An excellent piece of antique jewellery. This is a Lavalier type pendant necklace on chain and it reflects the art nouveau design which was popular at the time this was made in the early 1900s. The pendant is made of 9 cart gold ( stamped 9ct on the side) and is set with tiny pearls and real amethysts. This Lavalier pendant  comes complete on its own vintage gold chain. The pendant measures about 5.5 cms long ( total length including bail and dropper.) The gold chain measures about 44 Cm's long.

 A wonderful piece on antique jewellery which could be worn as both a long necklace and a belt.  The panels are made of faux tortoiseshell and set with cut steel decoration. These panels are linked with steel chain. This piece of jewellery comes as one long piece with a hook at one end which is used to join up the two ends. The total length is 120 cms long and  the panels are just over 2 cms wide.

This is in really excellent condition for a piece which is thought to be well over 100 years old.

 Here is a Victorian photo locket made of gold coloured yellow metal. This locket opens by unscrewing the top and the photos inside are covered with glass. Currently the locket is occupied bu a Victorian lady and gent. This locket measures about 23mm diameter

 A rather special necklace made of 9 carat gold ( stamped 9 ct). This has a flower and leaf pattern with the leaves being set with tiny seed pearls and the flowers having red garnet gemstones. There are three flower panels at the front. The total length of the three panel section is about 7 cms. The total length of the necklace is about 40 cms. Most of this is original vintage jewellery with the clasp having been replaced.

 A lovely old necklace made of nine carat gold ( stamped 9ct) and set with two turquoise stones. Necklaces like this are from the early 1900s being popular from circa 1910's to 1930. . The chain is about 41 cms long with the pendant drop adding a further 4 cms. The clasp is a newer replacement

 A lovely piece of antique jewellery. This lavalier type pendant is made of 9 carat gold and is set with amethysts and pearls. This pendant hangs from a decorative nine carat gold chain. Th amethyst drop at the base of this Lavaliere separately articulated. The Lavaliere measures about 3.5 cms long and it hands from a chain which measures about 44 cms long.

 This superb antique lavalier type pendant dates from the early 1900s and is in the art nouveau style which was popular at that time. This Lavaliere is made of nine carat gold ( stamped 9ct) and is rose gold in colour, it is set with two real amethyst gemstones and measures about 5 cms long including the bail.
