This antique brooch is made from a very old georgian jasper plaque ( probably wedgwood but not signed). The depiction is of one of the Georgian kings and his wife I think . This plaque has been set into a gold frame probably in the early 1900s a hundred years after the plaque was made. The brooch measures about 3.8 cms high.
There is a small amount of damage to the jasper and so this is offered at a bargain price
